From tomb paintings to George Lucas—whom she declares is the world’s greatest living artist—Paglia displays her talent for overturning the wisdom of her predecessors. Paglia is the author of Break, Blow, Burn; Sexual Personae; Sex, Art, and American Culture; and Vamps & Tramps. She has also written The Birds, a study of Alfred Hitchcock.
