CHIP KIDD is vice president, art director, and editor-at-large for the Knopf Doubleday publishing group. A graphic designer and writer in New York City and Palm Beach, Florida, he is also the author of the nationally bestselling novels The Cheese Monkeys and The Learners. His most recent books are Spiderman: Panel by Panel and the graphic novel The Avengers in the Veracity Trap, with artist Michael Cho. Kidd has been the recipient of the National Design Award for Communications and the AIGA medal for Lifetime Achievement.
