American Airlines

Book directly with AA.com and save with a 5% discount and pay no ticketing fees. Plus, you will earn AAdvantage Miles. Follow these easy steps to get your discount on AA.com!

1. Go to AA.com, enter your itinerary then click the "More Options" button.
2. Enter your 6-character code in the Discount Code Box (25N0AP) then select the "Go" button.
3. If you search by fare, schedules will be shown by lowest fare and will include your discount, if applicable.
4. If you search by schedule, once you select flights, AA.com will automatically calculate your discount, if applicable, and then display your discounted fare in the "Fare Summary" table.

Electronic ticketing is required, otherwise a paper ticket charge will apply. 

Under the Secure Flight program, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires American Airlines to collect Secure Flight Passenger Data (SFPD).  This includes a passenger’s full name (as it appears on their government-issued ID they plan to travel with), date of birth, and gender.  For more information about the Secure Flight program, visit www.aa.com/secureflight.

If you prefer not to use AA.com, you can call AA Meeting Services at 1.800.433.1790 or your local travel agency and refer to your 6-character authorization # 25N0AP to get your discount. Avis

The Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) Number for the 2010 Miami Book Fair International is D757180.

The discount is effective 7 days before and 7 days after the event.
