Diana Mccaulay

DIANA MCCAULAY is a Jamaican environmental activist and writer. The founder of the Jamaica Environment Trust, which she led until her retirement in 2017, she has received many awards for her environmental work, including the Norman Washington Manley Award for Excellence. She has written several short stories and six novels – including her most recent, A House for Miss Pauline, published by Algonquin Books (U.S.) and Dialogue Books (U.K.) in February 2025 – and received a Gold Musgrave Medal for literature from the Institute of Jamaica in 2022.
