MICHAEL MCCALL has been an editor, writer, curator, and program host at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum since 2006. He has curated more than 20 museum exhibitions, co-edited The Encyclopedia of Country Music, and written exhibition books on Loretta Lynn, Reba McEntire, and the museum’s permanent collection. He has hosted interview programs with Brooks & Dunn, Kenny Chesney, Chris Hillman, Los Lobos, Patty Loveless, Reba McEntire, Blake Shelton, and Hank Williams Jr. In his four decades as a music journalist, he’s wrote for The Associated Press, Country Music magazine, the Los Angeles Times, USA Today, People, and TV Guide.
