Writers Row is for self-published authors that have between one and six published titles. We invite you to be part of Miami Book Fair’s exhibitors at the in-person Street Fair starting Friday, November 21 thru Sunday, November 23, 2025.
You must have published your book at the time of application before continuing with this form. If your book is not in production as of today, please wait until you have a hard copy of the book or your application will be rejected. Upon submission of your application, a link to information on the book(s) must be provided in order to approve the application. If you do not have information on the book online, you can send information to [email protected].
Writers Row: $550 / three day – Friday to Sunday (for exhibitors with 1-6 published titles)
- Book Fair provides tent with sidewalls
- One table and one chair
- One Table Cover
- 6′ x 12′ of space – two authors will share a 12′ x 12′ space
- One credential to have free access to the event
- Sign with author name and book title as indicated on this application
- One Exhibitor listing on the print Fair Guide*
- One Exhibitor listing on the Miami Book Fair website*
* August 15, 2025 deadline for submission of website and Fair Guide listings. Any changes after this date will incur an additional $50 fee
