Join us online for Speak Up, a FREE virtual creative writing workshop mini-series for teens (ages 13-19).

miniserie virtual de taller de escritura creativa, los adolescentes se asociarán con artistas docentes experimentados para potenciar el proceso de escritura creativa, desde el borrador hasta la interpretación y la publicación, para mejorar la alfabetización y empoderar a la juventud en Miami a través de actividades de escritura basadas en la comunidad.

¡El programa está abierto a todos los adolescentes (de 13 a 19 años) y es tan gratuito como libre de tareas! ¡No se necesita experiencia previa!

Margaret Cardillo
is a screenwriter, professor, and children’s book author. She holds degrees from Boston College and the University of Miami. Margaret’s writing for the screen won a CTA Emmy and has placed her in many festivals around the country, winning several Best of Fest. Her award-winning children’s books have taken her to schools and events worldwide. Her children’s book on Audrey Hepburn is currently under option for the screen.
