When does Miami Book Fair happen?

Miami Book Fair offers programming and events for children, teens, adults, and families year-round, with our signature eight-day festival happening in November. This year the Fair will run from Sunday, November 15, to Sunday, November 22, 2026.

We host hundreds of authors in November and scores of others throughout the year, from local and up-and-coming authors to New York Times bestsellers. Their works – presented in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole – reflect a wide variety of interests and genres, including fiction, nonfiction, memoir, poetry, humor, history, fashion, food, sci-fi… you name it and we’ve got it! We also pride ourselves on the extensive children’s and family-friendly programming that we provide. You can browse this website to see all our year-round and November programming and events.

Follow us on social media – Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, y X – and sign up for our mailing list to receive our weekly digital newsletter and dedicated e-blasts; you can do that at the bottom of any page of this website.

Almost all of our programming and events are free, with a few exceptions. During the November festival, some of our Evenings With series sessions carry a cost to attend (but often come with a copy of the book being presented), as do a handful of our weekend author sessions. Most of our festival programming and events happen during Street Fair weekend, the final three days of the Fair, and you’ll need a ticket for access:

  • Single-Day Tickets: Adulto $12 | Senior $7 (mayores de 62) | Adolescente $5 (Edades 13-18)
  • Multiday Tickets: Adultos $18 | Mayores de 62 años $12 | Adolescentes $8 (de 13 a 18 años)
  • Kids 12 & under: Gratis
  • Miami Dade College students, faculty & staff: Free with valid MDC ID

You can purchase Street Fair tickets aquí.
