From Richmond Heights, Florida, ARSIMMER MCCOY is an internationally recognized poet and interdisciplinary artist. She earned the 2024 Marjory Stoneman Douglas Poetry Award and the 2025 Arts & Environment Award from the Arts and Business Council of Miami-Dade. Her work has appeared in Artsy, Venice Magazine, Rootwork Journal, and others. Performances span from the Pérez Art Museum Miami to the Venice Biennale.
