JUAN MULLERAT is an internationally recognized city planner and urban designer, and the founder of Miami-based Plusurbia Design, a firm dedicated to creating people-centered, sustainable, and culturally authentic cities. With more than 25 years of experience, he has led projects on five continents, including Miami’s Wynwood Master Plan and the Little Havana Revitalization Plan. Educated in both Europe and the United States, he holds dual master’s degrees in architecture and urban design. Mullerat teaches at the University of Miami and speaks internationally on revitalization, resilience, and the cultural forces that shape urban life. His debut book, The Urban Calendar: 365 Days That Shaped the Urban World (Plusurbia Press), reflects his belief that urbanism should be accessible to everyone.
