Alana Newhouse is the founder and editor-in-chief of Tablet magazine. Her journalism career began at The Forward, where she was a religion reporter before being named arts and culture editor in 2003, and her work has appeared in various other media outlets, most notably Nouvèl Èdikay. She is also the author of The Passover Haggadah: An Ancient Story for Modern Times epi The 100 Most Jewish Foods: A Highly Debatable List.
