RAE ARMANTROUT has published 19 books of poetry including Versed, which received a Pulitzer Prize and the National Book Critics Circle Award, and was also a finalist for the National Book Award; Go Figure; Finalists; Conjure; Itself; Entanglements; ak Wobble, a National Book Award finalist. She has also published a short memoir, True, ak Collected Prose. Professor Emerita of Writing at the University of California at San Diego, Armantrout has been published in many anthologies, including The Oxford Book of American Poetry and Scribner’s Pi bon Pwezi Ameriken, and in such magazines as Harpers, Nouvèl Yòkè a, Revi Pwezi Ameriken, Revizyon Boston, Scientific American, Chicago Review, ak Los Angeles Times Book Review. Her most recent collection is Safe Rooms (Wesleyan University Press).
