REV. JUAN DEL HIERRO is the senior minister at Unity on the Bay, one of Florida’s most respected progressive spiritual communities, leading efforts in issues such as the unhoused, child poverty, civic engagement, and LGBTQ+ equality. A dedicated advocate for social justice, Del Hierro has served on the boards of SAVE, Faith in the City, and other organizations. He currently serves as the vice chair on the board of directors for Unity World Headquarters, the organization that leads the Unity movement globally. He has been honored with Congressional Recognition, SAVE’s Champion of Equality Award, the Pink Flamingo Award for Local Hero, and most recently by No More Tears, an organization that supports survivors of human trafficking and domestic abuse. Del Hierro’s writings have been featured in the Huffington Post and various Unity booklets and publications. Through his ministry, he promotes the message that we are each called to be a blessing to others, and that together we can create heaven on Earth.
