DAVID HILDENBRAND is an award-winning librarian with the Miami-Dade Public Library System and the 2025 Southeast Florida Library Information Network Librarian of the Year. He has developed several nationally recognized, award-winning programs and frequently presents at conferences on emerging technologies, prison outreach, and community engagement. He has chaired multiple library committees and currently serves on the community relations boards for both the Federal Correctional Institution Miami and the Federal Detention Center Miami, where he advocates for expanding library access and strengthening reentry support services.
