JOHN LANTIGUA is a journalist and novelist. He is the author of nine novels, including The Ultimate Havana, Remember My Face, On Hallowed Ground, The Lady from Buenos Aires, Player’s Vendetta, Twister, Burn Season, and Heat Lightning, the latter a finalist for the Edgar Award for Best First Novel. He is also the recipient of numerous honors for his journalistic writings, including two Robert F. Kennedy Journalism Awards (2004, 2006) and the Pulitzer Prize for investigative reporting (1999).
