ANNE MARIE MACARI is the author of six books of poetry. Her latest collection is Amerigun: Poems (Persea). Her book debut, Ivory Cradle, won the APR/Honickman First Book Prize. She is also the co-editor of Lit From Inside: 40 Years of Poetry from Alice James Books. Her poetry and prose have been widely published in literary journals and magazines, including TriQuarterly, Bloomsbury Review, Shenandoah, The American Poetry Review, Five Points, and The Iowa Review.
