ERNESTO LONDOÑO is a national correspondent at The New York Times, where he has worked since 2014. He was born and raised in Colombia and has spent two decades covering some of the most important stories of his generation, including the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and the Arab Spring. He served on NYT‘s editorial board and was the newspaper’s bureau chief in Brazil.
