LORI MILLER KASE is an award-winning journalist, short story writer, essayist, and YA author. Her debut novel, The Accident (Woodhall Press), was the 2024 YA finalist for The Tassy Walden Awards for New Voices in Children’s Literature. Her shorter works have appeared in The New York Times, Literary Mama, and The 2025 Connecticut Literary Anthology, among other publications.
