MEGHAN O’ROURKE is the editor of the anthology The Story of the Body: Poems of Illness & Recovery (W. W. Norton & Company). She is also the author of The Invisible Kingdom: Reimagining Chronic Illness, her latest book and a New York Times bestseller; the bestselling memoir The Long Goodbye; and three poetry collections, including Sun in Days. She teaches creative writing at Yale University and is executive editor of the Yale Review.
