RYAN BACHOO is a Trinidad and Tobago journalist and author whose work explores the intersections of identity, migration, climate change, and life in the Caribbean. He has reported extensively across the Caribbean and internationally, with a particular focus on climate justice and the challenges facing small island states. His debut novel, An Unending Search (self-published), was released in 2025. Bachoo was inspired by the literary legacy of V.S. Naipaul and by his own experiences growing up in Trinidad to write a story rooted in the people, landscapes, and histories of the Caribbean. He is also the writer and creator of four documentaries.
